Michelle M. Huhnke, "Understanding Tax Procedures to Avoid Problems Later,"
  Estate Administration: Why Each Step is Important, National Business Institute. 

At a day-seminar on estate administration procedures, Michelle M. Huhnke spoke on federal and state tax issues that arise in estate administration.  The discussion focused on elections and other decisions to be made regarding the decedent's final income tax return and income tax returns for the estate and any trusts.  Michelle also reviewed the basics of filing a complete and accurate estate tax return.
