Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger LLP retained as lead counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Barfly Ventures, LLC, et al.
On June 24, 2020, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Barfly Ventures, LLC, et al. retained Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger LLP as its lead counsel. As of the petition date, Barfly, a craft-beer themed restaurant venture, owned and operated 19 restaurants in 8 states under the tradenames — HopCat, Grand Rapids Brewing Co., and Stella’s Lounge. Substantially all of the Companies’ non-cash assets are expected to be sold during the case.
