On August 13, 2019, SFGH hosted the Private Directors Association Program, “Psychology of a Private Company Board, ESOP and Other Employee-Owned Businesses,” which was part three of a three-part series. SFGH partner Jeremy Waitzman led the discussion that also featured fantastic perspectives from Betsy Perdue, Dan Bayston and Suzanne Cromlish.
