Earlier this year, the Bankruptcy Liaison Committee circulated a questionnaire to practitioners in the District. The questionnaire included 20 questions on the following topics: (a) general questions; (b) inquiries into the local rules; (c) proposed changes to the local rules; and (d) proposed changes to bankruptcy practice in the district.
