SFGH partner Jonathan Friedland speaks on a panel titled “Litigation Funding in the Bankruptcy Space” at the 12th Annual Credit & Bankruptcy Symposium.
Jonathan Friedland was a member of the “Litigation Funding in the Bankruptcy Space” panel at the 12th Annual Credit & Bankruptcy Symposium. Litigation funding can provide financing services for claims brought in connection with bankruptcies, including providing funding and advisory services to litigation trusts. The program was offered by the ABI in conjunction with the Turnaround Management Association’s Connecticut and Northeast Chapters, and the New York Institute of Credit.
