SFGH LLP is pleased to announce that on March 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., partner John Martin was a panelist on a recent West LegalEd Center / Financial Poise webinar series titled “Complex Financial Litigation 2018.”
The series focused on the legal and financial realities that accompany unanticipated adverse events, soured business relationships, and failing organizations. The first episode, entitled “Common Issues and Strategies in Business Breakups” focused on the realities of a failing business from the owners’ perspective, giving thought to the various considerations that arise in business dispute negotiation and litigation and considerations that should be given at the outset of start-up negotiations.
