On January 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger LLP associate Kathryn Nadro will speak as a panelist for the first episode of a West LegalEdcenter webinar series titled, "Newbie Litigator School: Winter/Spring 2019 Edition - Federal Rules of Civil Procedure." The overall series is designed for new civil litigation attorneys or attorneys seeking a civil litigation refresher. The first episode will provide an overview of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to provide the listener a clear understanding of how a case is initiated, how defendants and issues are brought into a case, required pre-trial steps, settlement procedure and trial practice.
