Michael Brandess moderated webinar on “Advising the Startup = HR 101”
On March 23, 2016 Michael Brandess led a discussion of practical tips for starting a responsive human resources group at new companies. The discussion was hosted by Financial Poise/West Legal/Edcenter with panelists from Vedder Price, KCP Advisory and Charles Krugel’s Labor & Employment Law & Human Resources Practices Group. Human resources departments are charged with running the company’s internal functions. The webinar provided an overview for entrerpreneurs of some of the basic functions of a human resource department and practical tips for starting a well run HR department in new companies.
