Julie Pleshivoy speaks at National Business Institute seminar entitled, "The Probate Process from Start to Finish"
On June 23 and 24, Julie Pleshivoy spoke at a National Business Institute seminar on effective estate administration, including managing inventory and assets as well as dealing with creditor claims and distributions to beneficiaries. The presentation reviewed the legal requirements as well as practical knowledge of the process of locating, allocating and distributing assets of the decedent to creditors, heirs and legatees. In addition, the presentation focused on the notice requirements in probate and legal requirements relating to inventory of assets and disclaimers of beneficial interests.
