John Martin sits as a panelist for the first episode in a series of webinars entitled, "Newbie Litigator School - Part 1 - 2018: Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Refresher" for West LegalEd Center.
On March 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger LLP partner John Martin will sit as a panelist for the first episode of a West LegalEd Center webinar series titled, "Newbie Litigator School - Part 1 - 2018: Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Refresher". The overall series is designed for new civil litigation attorneys or attorneys seeking a civil litigation refresher. The first episode will provide an overview of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to provide the listener a clear understanding of how a case is initiated, how defendants and issues are brought into a case, required pre-trial steps, settlement procedure and trial practice.
