Jeremy Waitzman authors “SBA Grants Safe Harbor for PPP Loans Under $2M”
SFGH corporate head and leading PPP attorney, Jeremy Waitzman, provides an update on PPP certifications in his article “SBA Grants Safe Harbor for PPP Loans Under $2M.” The article discusses how the Small Business Administration (in consultation with the U.S. Treasury Department) issued a new FAQ regarding the certifications under the Paycheck Protection Program.
