Grant Hendricks speaks at National Business Institute seminar entitled, “Probate Boot Camp”
On June 29, 2015, Grant Hendricks spoke at a National Business Institute seminar on effective estate administration. The presentation reviewed the statutory requirements related to marshalling and valuing assets. In addition, the presentation focused on the requirements in handling debts and creditor claims during the probate process. The National Business Institute is an organization dedicated to providing practical skill-based CLE seminars and online CLE courses to a national audience.
