Horvay participated in a panel conducted at the Standard Club of Chicago at one of the monthly meetings conducted by the Business Valuation Association of Chicago at the request of one of the Association's officers. Chris focused on amendments and revisions to the Bankruptcy Code enacted in 2005, including the impact of the legislative changes on retail chapter 11 cases.
