Building a Solid Foundation for Your Probate Basics
On June 24, 2013, Julie S. Pleshivoy will present on the monetary aspects of probate administration for the National Business Institute. The presentation will include a thorough review of the legal requirements involved with locating, allocating and distributing assets of a decedent to creditors, heirs and legatees. Julie will also address communications with parties involved in the administration of a decedent's estate.
